Our Objectives
The Association tries hard to ensure our staff, and contractors working for us, offer an excellent service to all tenants. It would therefore be very helpful if you would let us have your views on services you receive. I would like to stress that your views will be kept completely confidential and we only use the information to improve the service we offer. We will publish in the Cestria Courier and on our web site an analysis of the feedback we get so all tenants can see how we are performing.
