Malcolm Thompson With an architectural background my first full-time job was a temporary contract in local government. The following 25 year were split between working for architectural practices and housing developers. I joined Chester-le-Street District Council in 1998 and progressed to become the Associations Technical Services Manager when Transfer occurred.
