Rosie Banks, Business Improvement Manager 

Rosie BanksI have recently joined Cestria as Business Improvement Manager, having previously worked for Coast & Country Housing where I was the Head of Risk and Service Review. I bring with me over eight years experience working within the housing sector.  Previous to that I worked in Local government in finance and risk related roles

My role here is to lead the Business Improvement Team,  bringing together performance management, business planning, risk management, service improvement and customer satisfaction.   I have just completed my MSc in Management and hope to be able to utilise my skills, experience and knowledge in this role and support the growing strength of the organisation to ensure that continuous improvement is embedded across the organisation.

I am delighted to be part of a forward thinking organisation and am keen to see Cestria grow from strength to strength.
