About Cestria Community Housing
Cestria Community Housing Association Ltd (Cestria Community Housing) is a not-for-profit independent housing organisation established 4 February 2008, following a stock transfer from the former Chester-le-Street District Council. We employ 165 staff and are managed by a Board.
Located in the north east of County Durham in the North East of England, we own and manage just over 4,200 social housing properties, 968 garages, and nine commercial units within the town of Chester-le-Street and several surrounding rural villages.
Cestria holds fourth Annual General Meeting
The fourth AGM of Cestria Community Housing was held on Monday 26 September 2011 when the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2011 were presented.

Over the last four years, Cestria has worked hard to improve the lives of people living in the communities in which we work. We have carried out major improvements works to our properties, invested in local community facilities and set up a range of projects for tenants of all ages.
