Cestria Community Housing Association is working consistently with their tenants to improve the appearance of their estates. The Estate Services Officers carry out regular estate walkabouts and in order to ensure that issues are dealt with in a timely professional manner it is important to invite the relevant attendees.
Whilst carrying out the estate walkabouts officers are required to identify any issues which have a detrimental effect on the appearance of the estate.
Communal areas within sheltered units are also inspected to identify any issues which will have a detrimental effect on the appearance of the building.
All estates were inspected throughout October and November 2008. This resulted in a total of 43 estates being inspected where 890 issues were identified. Click here to view a list of issues which were referred to all relevant services.
