Cestria Community Housing Association is pleased to provide you with a Free pest control service.
 
We have appointed ‘Rentokil’, which is a nationally recognised organisation to provide this service.

Do you have a problem with any of the following pests?

  • Brown Rats
  • Mice
  • Biting Insects
  • Garden Ants
  • Wasps/Bees 
  • Larder Beetle
  • Leather Beetle
  • Biscuit Beetle
  • Rice weevil
  • Grain weevil

How do I report the problem?

Please report your problem by contacting the Estate Services Section, by completing an online form, or in person at the Shop at 166 Front Street, Chester-le-Street, Co. Durham, DH3 3AZ.

What happens once I have reported the problem?

  • The Estates Assistant at Cestria Community Housing will forward your request by email to Rentokil.
  • A representative from Rentokil will contact you on the number that you have provided in order to make an appointment.
  • A technician from Rentokil will attend to provide treatment.
