How we can help

  • We will arrange for you to speak to a member of staff in a private, safe environment and endeavour to do this in a location of your choice.
  • We will provide information and advice to increase the safety of anyone suffering domestic abuse.
  • Where possible we will arrange for you to speak to a member of staff who is of the same sex, if you would feel more comfortable with this.
  • We will provide you with advice on the options available to you for you to make your own decisions.
  • If required, we will refer you to specialised agencies who can work with you and tailor advice to meet your specific requirements.
  • As a landlord we can, where possible, take action against perpetrators who are Cestria tenants.
  • We will also arrange interpretation facilities for anyone who does not use English as a first language.
  • Confidentiality is paramount to victim’s safety and we are committed to providing and maintaining a confidential and sensitive service.
