The Choice Based Lettings Team are responsible for:
- Processing applications for housing
- Carrying out pre termination inspections when our tenants let us know they are leaving
- Advertising properties we have to let
- Allocating properties to those who have placed an expression of interest in an advertised property
- Carrying out accompanied viewings with perspective tenants
