The Tenants Satisfaction Survey 2009 indicated that our tenants aged between 24 and 54 and our Black and Ethnic Minority tenants were less satisfied with some of our services than our other tenants.

The event, called ‘Have Your Say’ was held at the Beamish Hall Hotel in County Durham and gave tenants the opportunity to speak to members of staff, senior managers and the executive team.

It focussed on specific areas of the business including the repairs and maintenance service, how tenants are kept informed and involvement opportunities.  

Cestria Community Housing’s director of housing and communities, Paul Stephens, said: “The association aims to improve services in these areas ensuring that they are accessible and involve tenants throughout the consultation and decision making process.

“The event helped us to find out their views and suggestions for improving service delivery and I would like to thank everyone for giving up their time to share their views with us.”
