Annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey

What is a Satisfaction survey?

Every three years, Cestria is required to carry out a survey to find out what residents think about the services provided to them. This survey is known as the Standardised Tenant Satisfaction Survey, often referred to as STATUS. This is required not only so that Cestria can keep improving its services for tenants, but also to report back on their performance to the Tenant Services Authority (TSA which currently regulates affordable housing across England).

When does this survey take place?

Although we are only required to carry out the survey every three years Cestria has chosen to make this an annual survey so that we can make sure we are consistently listening to tenants' views on the services we are providing. The survey took place in 2010 and then again in Summer 2011 and it was distributed to all tenants giving everyone an opportunity to have their say.

How does Cestria use the findings?

Cestria analyses the results of the survey and continues to work on addressing the issues that have been raised. We will keep you informed of the progress made through the Cestria Courier and via our website.
