Tenant Satisfaction Survey
Cestria Community Housing is required to conduct a satisfaction survey of all its customers. This is known as the STAR survey (Survey of Tenants and Residents) and we will be conducting this every two years.
We will be conducting a STAR survey this year and plan to send the surveys out to all tenants May/June 2013.
By conducting this survey, this will ensure that Cestria can keep improving its services for tenants.
We will analyse the results of the survey and work on addressing the issues that are raised in the survey. We will keep you informed of the progress made through the Cestria Courier and via our website.
