Equality and Diversity Working Group
The overall role of the Equality and Diversity Working Group (E&DWG) is to inform, advise and assist Cestria Community Housing Association in all aspects of policy-making, service delivery and employment to meet obligations under the Equality and Diversity legislative and regulatory framework and to mainstream the promotion of equality and diversity in practice throughout the Association.
Equality and Diversity Working Group meets on bi-monthly basis. The membership of the Equality and Diversity Working Group includes Tenants, Board and Staff Equality Champions. We may co-opt members to seek specialist advice or expertise. Papers to view from E & D Working Group meetings are available on request.
