Cestria Community Housing Association operates a housing allocation policy which is based on housing needs.

Cestria Community Housing Association will assess an applicant's housing needs, determine their priority and assess whether an applicant is eligible to be allocated social housing. When Cestria Community Housing Association has a property to rent, an offer of appropriate accommodation will be made to the household with the highest number of points determined by their housing need.

If you would like to apply to go on the housing waiting list you will need to fill out an application form. You can obtain an application form by:

• Calling at Cestria’s One Stop Shop at 166B-C Front Street, Chester-le-Street (Opening Times: Monday-Thursday 9.00am-5.00pm, Friday 9.00am-4.30pm)
• Telephoning Cestria’s Allocations Team on:  0191 3851944 or 0191 3851946

• Write to the Allocations Team at 166B-C Front Street, Chester-le-Street, Co Durham, DH3 3AZ
