Works we have completed to 31st March 2010

Since transfer in February 2008 we have progressed with our modernisation programmes.

To the end of March 2010 we have completed the following improvements:

• 3077 homes have had doors and windows installed.
• 1047 homes have had new heating systems installed.
• 636 homes have had new kitchens and/or bathrooms and/or rewires completed.
• 160 homes have had new fascias and soffits fitted.
• 151 homes have had new boundary fencing fitted.
• 41 homes have had external rendering repaired and painted.

Additional to this work we have also been adapting properties to meet the needs of tenants and since Transfer have done the following:

• 305 major adaptations have been installed.
• 503 minor adaptations have been installed.
