Works we have completed to 31st March 2011

Kitchen ImageSince transfer in February 2008 we have progressed with our modernisation programmes.

To the end of March 2011 we have completed the following improvements:

  • 3077 homes have had doors and windows installed.
  • 1654 homes have had new heating systems installed.
  • 1812 homes have had new kitchens and/or bathrooms and/or rewires completed.
  • 330 homes have had new fascias and soffits fitted.
  • 793 homes have had new boundary fencing fitted.
  • 82 homes have had external rendering repaired and painted.
  • Modernisation of 4 communal rooms
  • Upgrade of digital aerials to 11 sheltered and communal units.

Additional to this work we have also been adapting properties to meet the needs of tenants and since Transfer have done the following:

  • 411 major adaptations have been installed.
  • 711 minor adaptations have been installed.
