How to pay your Cestria Invoice

We aim to make it as simple as possible for you to pay your invoice by offering several ways to pay. If you would like further information on any of the ways to pay your invoice please contact us.

Direct debit

You can pay your invoice by Direct Debit monthly on the 10th of the month. This payment method is best for customers who have a bank or building society current account and would like a convenient, hassle free way of paying their invoice. Click here for Direct Debit application form.

Standing Order

Payments can be made directly from your bank or building society current account monthly. Please request a form from the Finance Team.

Allpay Payment Card

You can pay your invoice using your Allpay card by cash, cheque, credit or debit card at:

  • Any shop displaying a Paypoint logo, click here for details
  • Any Post Office (Cheques to be made payable to Post Office Ltd)

By telephone

By telephone to 08445578321 24 hours per day, every day of the year or by telephone to Cestria Community Housing on 0191 3851403 during office hours, by credit or debit card only. All telephone numbers are charged at local rate, please note there will be a 2% charge for paying by credit card.

By the internet (using your Allpay card)

You can pay by the internet by clicking here and following the instructions.

By Post

You can by cheque or postal order (please do not send cash).
Payments should be made payable to Cestria Community Housing Association and sent to the address given in Contact Us.
