We aim to carry out good quality work and get it right first time. We may check with you after the work is completed to ensure you were satisfied with the service provided and the quality of work done. We may also inspect the work to monitor the quality of service provided.
We may send you a customer satisfaction form so you can tell us what you thought about the quality of the work done and the service you received from us. All comments are treated in strict confidence.
If repair work is done to your home and you are not happy with the service, please let us know. Equally if you think you have had good or exceptional service we are always pleased to know how well our staff are performing. Please see our leaflet Compliments, Comments and Complaints.
