Cestria welcomes all residents to work in partnership with Cestria to make a difference to your neighbourhood whatever your age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, race, religion or belief.

We are committed to ensuring that all of our services are accessible to the whole of the community, and that every member of the community has the option of letting us know what their opinion is. We positively encourage the participation of all sections of the community to maximise their involvement with Cestria. This includes making available on request all Cestria Community Housing publications in various formats and languages and holding meetings in places that are accessible to all. We will never knowingly discriminate against any individual or section of the community.

The Have your Say event targeted at Cestria's BME and 24-54 age group is a good example of Cestria trying to involve 'hard to reach' audiences.

The Menu of Involvement includes a quick guide to the amount of time required for each individual activity.

Other groups and individuals may have serious barriers to becoming involved. In these cases we will work hard to overcome these reasons for exclusion, whether they are cultural or physical.

We are aware that some sections of society may need extra assistance to ensure that their views are heard.
