Since I joined Cestria, I’ve been impressed by the commitment and enthusiasm of everyone I’ve met. We have already achieved a lot in a short time, and I believe we have a bright future ahead of us. We have received national recognition for some of our work with young people in our communities, as well as an award recognising our approach to equality and diversity. Customer satisfaction is high and has increased steadily in recent years.
