The Financial Inclusion Team are here to support our tenants to make the most of their money, ensuring your money is working as hard for you as you are for it. We work with a number of partners around the district to ensure you receive the best advice for all your queries.

Meet the team

Suzanne Jobson, Financial Inclusion Manager

Suzanne has worked for Cestria Housing for over six years, and her job role is primarily help ensure the smooth running of Cestria's Benefits and Money service and to run projects and campaigns across the community.

Tracey Pearson, Money Worker

Tracey's role is to support tenants 1-2-1 with budgeting, benefits queries, income maximisation and financial products.

Joan Reed, Debt Advice Worker

Joan's role is to support tenants with 1-2-1 debt advice and income maximisation.

Alison Kirk, Employability Worker

Julie's role is to provide free, tailored, face-to-face advice covering the following; CV and application writing, job searching, funding applications, creating an action plan, work experience, volunteering and referring to specialist organisations.
