Welcome to your new online portal – a dedicated area of our website that allows Cestria residents to manage their accounts online. It’s fast, simple, convenient, and secure.

My Cestria Home

Until now, residents have been able to report repairs and view rent account details online, but these have been handled by two completely different systems that weren’t particularly user-friendly.

Please note: If you previously registered your details to report a repair or view your account details, you’ll need to re-register when you use My Cestria Home for the first time.

We’ve brought all the functionality you want under one roof to make managing your tenancy intuitive and convenient.

  • Request repairs
  • View past and ongoing repairs
  • Check and update your personal details
  • View your tenancy details
  • View rent statements
  • View details of your housing officer

 

We’ve also improved navigation and made the site mobile responsive, making it easy to manage your Cestria tenancy or account on the go from your smartphone or tablet. 

The new online portal is accessible via a new link. So if you had the old website saved on your computer or phone, please delete it and add this new link in its place.

 

Registering for My Cestria Home is easy

You need the following information to register:

  • Your tenancy reference number (you will find this on your rent statement)
  • Your email address
  • A secure password
