Welcome to Cestria Community Housing Customer Services. At Cestria we are committed to providing excellent customer care across all services that we provide to our tenants and leaseholders.
We have produced a suite of Service Standards which are reviewed annually so that every tenant or possible service user is clear about the level of service they can expect to receive from us. We will review all service standards and will always invite Service Users to assist us in this process. All standards are closely monitored and the results are reported to the Board and Committee every Quarter and every month to our Executive Team and will also appear in our Cestria Courier Newsletter for all tenants and service users.
We value our reputation and aim to deliver the very best possible service to meet the individual needs of our customers.
In order to understand the needs of our customers we will ask you from time to time to complete a “Getting to Know You” Form or ask you a few questions when you contact Cestria for advice so we are sure that we have your correct information.
Cestria is a learning organisation and value your comments and feedback regarding the services we deliver and will ensure that you receive up to date information to keep you informed on how this has influenced and changed the services we deliver using a You Said... We Did approach.
