The Housing Teams are here to help you with any queries you may have relating to your tenancy.

There are two Housing teams, one team covers the central area (Chester-le-Street, Chester Moor and Pelton Fell) and the other team covers all the outlying villages.

The teams are responsible for:

Estate Management - such as untidy gardens, graffiti
Estate Tours - walkabouts with our tenants on estates
Allocating Properties
Any requests for permission from tenants to improve their properties
Any request for changes to tenancies
Mutual Exchanges
